Training
Old-School Effort, Modern Programming

There is a version of old-school training worth keeping: show up, work hard, be accountable, respect the equipment and the people using it.
There is also a version worth leaving behind: no plan, no recovery, no data, and a lot of pain treated as proof.
Keep the effort
Sets close to real failure, honest logbooks, and years instead of weeks. None of that is out of date.
Modernize the plan
Track volume so you know when to push and when to back off. Use the machines for what they do best. Sleep and protein are training variables, not afterthoughts.
