Having trouble getting in?

Work down this list in order — it solves almost every access problem.

01Check that the correct, authorized GymMaster app is installed — look-alike apps won't work.
02Sign in with the exact email address attached to your membership.
03First time signing in? Use “Get My Login” before trying a password.
04Still locked out? Reset your password, then try the app again.
05Contact Delf's during staffed hours if your access still doesn't work.
06If you were issued an approved key fob, use it at the door while we sort out app access.

How door access actually works

This website cannot unlock the gym door, and it never asks for your GymMaster password. Physical entry requires the authorized GymMaster app or an approved key fob issued by Delf's — unless Delf's and GymMaster enable another supported method later.

Secure portal area — reserved

This panel is reserved for GymMaster's official embedded member module. When Delf's enables it, the real portal loads here — no imitation login, no credentials handled by this site.
